- .314 brushed Stainless Steel formed from a minimum of 18 gage, with a depth not less than 2 *” (57mm) with reinforced mitered corners. Corner joints are fully sealed to prevent water leakage and are then mechanically fastened( welded corner assembly is available as an option). Muntins, when required, are formed “T” sections that are mechanically fastened to the perimeter frame. Intersections are crossed notched.
Glazing:
Windows are designed for interior or exterior glazing of specified type. Approved glass is held in a *” (19mm) uniform edge bite. Window is designed to receive glass from 1/4” to 1 1/4” overall thickness.
Weather stripping:
Operating ventilators have factory applied EPDM gaskets around the entire perimeter.
Hardware:
Operating vents are on supported on stainless steel arms. The overall size of the window dictates the type and quantity of sweep locks. (verify with the Optimum engineering department)
