Bill Polinsky

In college Bill Polinsky studied architecture, engineering and design. After earning his college degree Bill worked for an architectural window company as a design draftsman that focused mainly on curtain wall systems and product development. After 4 years with the company Bill moved on and worked for a residential construction company as an expeditor/project manager for 5 yrs. He then spent 6 years working for Crittall North America as a project manager and managed over 150 steel windows and doors projects worth over $90 million. Bill specializes in technical information, engineering of window and door systems and fabrication / installation knowledge. Bill is constantly looking for ways to improve products and has also helped to develop a new hardware line and other new products including:

• An innovative modular steel conservatory system
• A steel sliding door system using standard hot rolled sections

Domenic Siano

Domenic Siano has a Bachelors degree in industrial technology, with a concentration in construction management. He was a member of the ABC and the AGC. Domenic interned for Whiting Turner as an assistant project manager on large scale commercial projects. He then worked for Manafort Brothers, Inc. as an estimator for large-scale, concrete construction projects.

Domenic later became project manger for Crittall North America where he managed a variety of projects ranging from high end residential projects to large scale commercial projects. Domenic has managed projects in excess of $100 million.

Domenic is a strong communicator and has extensive managerial experience. He is highly organized and pays particular attention to detail. At Steel Windows and Doors Domenic coordinates projects from initial design, to final completion. He also hires, organizes, and manages sub-contractors at every level of construction. Domenic’s great knowledge and skills related to building design is an invaluable asset at Steel Windows and Doors.

After the closing of Crittall North America, Bill Polinsky and Domenic Siano then created a residential construction company that focused on high-end building and remodeling with special attention to detail and customer service. They saw the rising need and demand for high quality, hot rolled steel windows and doors and decided to develop Steel Windows and Doors USA which is a very unique, service oriented company. Both Bill and Domenick are frequently visiting job sites and overseeing projects to ensure things run smoothly and the finished product exceeds the clients expectations.
